Privacy

CoupleScore is run by its founder in Ireland. This page covers the pre-launch site at couplescore.app. The quiz itself is not open yet.

What we store

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist and tick the consent box.
• The time you consented.
• Campaign labels from the link you used (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the page that referred you, when your browser sends them.
• If you buy a Founding Couple Pass: the email Stripe gives us, the amount, a one-time unlock code, whether it has been redeemed or refunded, and the same campaign labels.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for ads.

Payments

Stripe processes the payment. We never see your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers what they store as the payment processor.

Analytics

If analytics is on, we use PostHog in the EU with memory-only storage. That means no analytics cookie is written to your device. We do not send your email or your quiz answers to PostHog from this page.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails that are never used for an account are deleted 12 months after launch (31 October 2026). Purchase records are kept for as long as we need them for refunds, the unlock code, and our legal accounting duties.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop emailing you. Email hello@couplescore.app. Because the founder is in Ireland, GDPR applies. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
